According to twitter user qwerty860320, the jailbreak supports all 64 bit devices on iOS 10.3/iOS 10.3.1 only (no under).

I would suggest not updating your OS is better for users with a jailbroken device, but if you don't have a jailbroken device, I would say update right now and save SHSH2 blobs.
