[Release] LockScreenAppContinuity - Access Apps From the Lock Screen on iOS 10

I've talked about it before and people were impressed at it. I decided to submit it to ModMyi and it should be on there shortly since BigBoss won't accept it (for harassment reasons - and which I covered that in a previous post here - but I didn't mention the part that I harassed and maybe even bullied the huge developers. 0ptimo wants me to basically change how I am to other people in the jailbreak community).

But back to the tweak in question: it basically places a new icon on the lockscreen that acts like it's a Handoff icon. I tried it with the Music app one, and it works.

No settings or options to configure in the Settings app.
