We all hate the long refreshing times within cydia that are caused by a whole range of problems from server connections to missing files.
This tweak allows you to set a custom timeout for the refreshing sources.
Its called APTTimeout and within the settings (settings.app) you can edit the timeout (time?).
APTTimeout is a very useful Cydia package that eliminates the delay you face from repositories that take a long time to refresh.
