ETA: Tweak have been submitted to BigBoss, should be up in next sync.

Filter your notification's name and content with specific keywords to a custom text of your preference. Filter works on all notification area which includes lockscreen, banner and notification center. All content keywords entered are case insensitive.

NOTE: When entering a specific name or keyword, separate them using ;

All apps are supported.

Thanks to an awesome implementation by Rishanan, this tweaks works on the fly and does not require a respring and is also compatible with SleekNotifications:)
