Simple tweak to disable raise to wake when low power mode enabled as requested by /u/SparksCatcher
Tweak takes 10-15secs after low power mode enabled to be in effect.

Support: ios 10, tested on:ip7 10.1.1 and 6s+ 10.2
Steps:
1) Install
2) Respring
3) Enjoy(no options to configure)
