[Release] Native Predictive text for Dutch language or any other i think

This was made by /u/sinfool at tweakbounty (my request)

This flex 3 patch enables predictive text for all other language as long as you have that keyboard enabled

i think this ks best to use if you have 1 keyboard enabled so the predictive text language doesn't mix

if you had english native Predictive text enabled the go to setting-general-reset settings-reset keyboard settings.

In flex 3 search for

KB - Enable Predictive Text by sinfool
