[Release] NoPromosTwitter - Remove promoted tweets in twitter.app

A few days ago I saw someone request promoted tweets to be removed from the twitter app. I can't find the request anymore, but I made it. You can find it on http://bit.ly/1SoUSNy as NoPromosTwitter.
