[Release] SmartBatteryPercentage - Combine the battery % of the device and the Apple Smart Battery Case

Hello everyone,

I just put up SmartBatteryPercentage on my repo. It combines the battery % of the device and the Apple Smart Battery Case. So if both the device and case are fully charged your device will show 200% charged.

If you end up trying it, please let me know how it works. Since I don't have a smart battery case myself I couldn't test this on my actual device. However, the person I did this tweak bounty for said it works great.
