[RELEASE] Safari for Telegram: open links using SafariViewController instead of Safari on iPads running iOS 9

Hi,

I noticed that in the newer versions, Telegram on my iPad will open links using Safari instead of SafariViewController like on my iPhone.

So I just made this simple tweak on my repo to fix it, I think could be useful to other Telegram iPad users.
