Here's a new, fixed asu_pid.entitlements file for those of you who are trying to push fakesigned Xcode apps to iOS 8.4: http://bit.ly/1gs81dI
I haven't found the exact cause of the ASU entitlement-copying bug on 8.4 yet, but that new asu_pid file will allow you to continue pushing fakesigned apps via Xcode while I work on figuring out what changed in 8.4's installd.
